Touching the Earth

A Mindfulness Journey for DEI Professionals

Our Journey

As DEI professionals, we meet and hold powerful emotions, pain, and trauma as we work to transform our clients, organizations, and communities. We do this in pursuit of a better future.

Along the way, many of us experience weariness, fatigue, and burnout. We may even oppress ourselves in the quest to do more, to achieve more, to be more for a cause with no end in sight.

To sustain ourselves in this work, we must unravel our internal oppression. We must find stability amidst the chaos. We must find a way to touch the earth.

I invite you to a mindfulness journey where we will connect deeply to the earth, to ourselves, and to a community of fellow DEI practitioners.

Whether you are an experienced meditator or brand new to mindfulness, you are welcome to join us on this journey.
