As an ADHD leader, the coaching you need is different.

  • You need a coach who knows how ADHD brains actually work.

  • You need a coach to identify your strengths, help you manage your weaknesses, and help you overcome shame that comes with having a different neurotypes.

  • You are brilliant at insight, and you need help translating that insight into action.

  • You are navigating systems that are not built by or for people like you, and need support around communicating your needs, strengths, and the non-negotiables you need to succeed.

Executive Coach for ADHD & AuDHD Leaders

I partner with entrepreneurs and executives with ADHD who've built success through rapid pattern recognition, crisis excellence, and systems thinking but now face resistance from boards, investors, or peers who don't understand why their leadership approach works. Through strategic assessment and executive coaching, I help you:

  • Design organizational structures that leverage your cognitive strengths rather than forcing conformity to neurotypical systems

  • Develop communication frameworks that translate your rapid synthesis for stakeholders who process linearly

  • Build execution systems that honor burst-work patterns and hyperfocus cycles while maintaining accountability

  • Create leadership environments where your team thrives around your thinking style, not despite it

My background

My background spans two decades of Fortune 500 leadership (Genentech, Infineon), an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia, ICF PCC certification, and a first career as a research chemist.

This unusual combination means I bring both rigorous methodology and deep empathy to understanding how ADHD brains solve complex problems differently, and often more effectively, than conventional approaches.
